With Personal Lab Services, we send our Professional Medical Staff to your location to administer the flu shots to your employees.
How it works…
Personal Lab Services, Inc. charges an hourly fee for each visit. There is a 2/HR minimum charge per on-site visit. Early registrations and prepayment in full of 25 flu vaccines qualifies our corporate clients for a discount on the flu shots and the on-site fee (Full payment required to qualify for discounts).
Additional cost may be incurred for travel outside of our general area or if you request a longer time block (typical time block is 2-4 hours).
Make a Deposit, Secure Your Vaccines
Pay a 50% deposit on your estimated order of Flu Shots, your company will be placed on our Priority List, with ranking determined by the date we receive the deposit. In the event of a vaccine availability shortage, priority will be given to all clients who have prepaid-in-full or made a deposit. Plus, receive a discount on the on-site fee.
